According to the US Census Bureau women make up 46.3% of the workforce. Why is that important? The humorous as well as illuminating answer is because men make up the other 53.7%. And the differences between these two cultures are evident in the way women and men communicate at work every day.
You've seen it happen. Simple conversations between men and women often result in miscues, misunderstandings and outright confusion. And that kind of tension has a significant impact on organizational cooperation, morale and productivity.
